Anger Management
Anger is a natural emotion that is experienced by everybody. However intensity and frequency of it differ from person to person. Anger is triggered not merely by environmental events but by the way these events are perceived and processed. Sometimes manifestation of aggression is a result of dysfunctional belief system. Your anger can be constructive and harmless if is under your control, but it can also be self- defeating and get you into trouble if it has taken control over you.
